The slider is there and the slides move every 5 seconds, The video is the first slide and as mentioned above it looks blank – even if autoplay is off on mobile devices I expect to see the video container. (2 images follow the video slide.)
solved it myself – & by the way, I’m not impressed with the response time after the initial contact :(
