I was pasting into functions.php. I have provided temporary admin access below, many thanks for your help.

Hi Victoria,

I tried a number of different functions and styles from various support threads, including the one you referred me to, but they had no effect on the layout at all.

Hi Victoria,

Thank you for your reply. As mentioned in my initial post, I have tried all of the solutions which involve pasting something into functions.php, but none of them have worked.
