can you help me with the site. Not much of the css works correctly and i was told by andy to upload the theme again and the child theme. Can you help me? I need to finish the small corrections to migrate the two sites to my hosting agency. Please.

Which files/folder do I exactly need to erase and which one to keep?
I dont want to loose my configuration. Can I install wihtout loosing anything?

it´s my own server.

I have opened for ftp on the server and router but not possible to update the theme.

i get this error when i try from backend in wordpress:

can i just download the new update an then overwrite the old files? I can just do it from the interface direct and upload the files.
Should i just overwrite? i dont want to lose the settings i did.

i have removed it and tried with different pictures for mobile version, the issue is the same. The picture gets zoomed or are very unclear.
When resizing the browser the video still appears but at the side like before.

It was not like this before.

ok so i should remove that specific css code or should i just try to upload a smaller image? I tried to upload a smal image but it looks awful.

1. i have edited the color section but the picture is either too small or too big. if i remember correct before i had these issues it was automatically showing the picture on mobile devices and it was showing it correct. How can i do that? Should i upload a new photo just for the mobile devices and in which dimensions?

1. yes, i am making the browser smaller.
I dont believe i did any change in the .js file but maybe Nikko did. I dont remember to be honest.

But the idea is to make it look correct the video on resized briowser and on mobile version and tablet.

i cloned in my server the content. and that was ok.
after i went to phpmyadmin and did an export of the sql file. i renamed the sqlfile and uploaded but i think it did duplicate tabels.

i erase the sql file and tried to import the good copy but i still had alot of R/n in the database and everywhere on this website.

I have used in phpfunctions the below script which is correcting the issue, but when i remove script the R\n\n erros will come back all around the website:

so as i see it I need to clone the website and export the database, change the name of the database and import it tp myadminphp and use the clone database?

it should be ok now, it was because of firmware upgrade which erased all config in router.

it brakes the line height if i change anything.
So it doesn´t work.
