Thanks for your help. I finally managed to add a token and to update the theme. Unfortunately, the problem with instagram got worse. Now even less pics from Instagram are visible. Any suggestions?

thank you! You are right – the line on the first page (home) is gone. Awesome! But on the other pages there are still breaks in the header pics visible. Is it possible to remove them either?

Yes exacly, I mean the one just under the menu. Is it always there when transparent or is it possible to hide this line even when transparent?

I have one more question regarding the theme: There is this white horizontal line in the header pictures. It is visable especially on my home page, but also the other header pictures have this horizontal break. Is there a way to delete this line?

thank you very much for offering your help with the update. But Iam still lost. I dont know how to give you FTP access to my server and also not sure about the WP admin account (do you mean my login data for wordpress?) I did a back up with “UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore-Plugin” and downloaded the folders “database” and “theme”, but it still makes me very nervous, that you say that something can go wrong. Is there any easier or safer way?Best regards,

thank you so much, but this is way to complicated for a beginner like me. I uploaded the recommended plug in now, as it appears to be the easier and safer option. Is that right? But now I dont understand how to proceed. So can you please provide information to update via the plug in?

This error exists from the very first moment. We already did quite a few updates and it didnt change anything. My friend had the same problem using the enfold theme and told me that the problem was solved by the kriesi-support remotely. Is there anything you can do from your side?

LeaThanks for the reply! I talked to my friend who is helping me with the website and it turned out that I got something wrong… We are using the instagram plugin featured by the enfold-theme. Can you help me with that? The error is like described in the previous message! I could send you a screenshot of the error if that helps.
