Also, note, I’ve never used this theme/layout builder before, but it looks like the text editor bar is broken in my browser.

I did look at it on a different computer, and tried editing the code and it seems to have somehow fixed the layout, but duplicated the content. I’m guessing at this point it’s an issue with the copied database info? I’d like to avoid going through this again when I push from the dev back to live, so if you can help me to pinpoint the issue, I’d appreciate it.
