I have the same problem!!!
In fact no slider or effect on images works! THIS IS URGENT!!!This sliders and images used to work 3 days ago!
Yeah, they write very well though and with some knowledge about what exactly they are talking about will be even nicer.
SO, after reading the post you send me, I think I understand but I have non knowledge on programming stuff so I didnt get the way how to solve. I am again who buys your great stuff and uses WordPress precisely for the reason of just only clicking on few bottoms.

Since the last update of the template Erfold, I cant neither update any plugging nor add a new one on http://www.latinomics.org

thank you for your email. We are in hurry coz it is REALLY URGENT to make changes!We are using Hostgator hosting, do you have a video working with it?
It is interesting (at least to me) because our website says that we are using the latest Enfold version (please check screenshots attached) and I do not have the expertise to do such changes suggested in the video.
As I did give access to you to my WordPress Admin I may give you access to my hosting too in order to make sooner and easier!
I WILL APPRECIATE YOUR QUICK RESPONSE!

1. how and actually where is the feature or option for adding these two bottoms to sort the products by price, etc, etc as you have them on http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shop/
2. I want to take away the whole gallery at the bottom of http://www.latinomics.org/gipinterns/ I just cannot find where I can deactivate it or even modify it
3. I already have 7 products but they are not displayed in a single slider split them up into X number of lines, I had to add another slider to show them without rolling the slider =/Thanks and best regards,
