Hi Rikard,
thanks for your answer; I tried as you said and the audio player came up again.
It was the Ghostery extension that blocked the cookie tracker of the “Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent” plugin.
Sorry to bother you with this kind of trivial issue but I haven´t had something like this before.
Have a good day!
LarryLayouterGuenni, this is great and very close to what I meant – thanks a lot!
(Ich nehme an, Du kannst „private reply“ als Participant auch nicht sehen?…?)For the public:
I wanted each whole grid row to change it’s background color alternating:
first row = color 1
next row = color 2 etc.I changed Guennis code to
#main .av-layout-grid-container:nth-of-type(odd) {background: #fff !important;} #main .av-layout-grid-container:nth-of-type(even) {background: #efefef !important;}
… and this works …

Hi Joan,
I just installed Polylang – everything seems to work fine with Enfold.
I would suggest to follow this guide:
https://polylang.pro/doc-category/getting-started/Before Polylang I tried WPGlobus. At a first glance it looked to be more handy as the translation tabs are included in the page editor – but its not fully compatible with Enfold … my experience …
As far as I can say – I did a WP multisite installation too – using a plugin is much more handy then defining a multisite.
Good luck

May 3, 2018 at 10:43 am in reply to: Disabling Google Fonts and loading them from own server instead #950635Dear Sophie,
how do you check if there really exists a connect to fonts.gstatic.com?
I’m asking because I would like to review my workflow.
I take 2 ways to monitor the website:
1. developer tools of Firefox and Chrome > Network > Fonts (with cache disabled)
Result: Font host = local server
2. Firefox extension Lightbeam (older version 1.3.2)
Result: the graph view shows fonts.googleapis.com as third party site …
So I’m sure if there is a connect or not …How do you check it out? Can you recommend other tools (I’m working on a Mac)?
Maybe a member of the Enfold team takes part in the discussion and suggest tools?Best
LLMay 2, 2018 at 2:00 pm in reply to: Disabling Google Fonts and loading them from own server instead #950059Hi Guenni007,
sorry to say but there is one big problem left – if my observation is right:
– If you install the plugin with all its subfolders the right way
AND
– all path strings in the .css files are correct
AND
– all fonts are placed in the right directories
THEN
everything seems to be fine and the site pulls the fonts from local dirs.
(At this point I’m not sure but as far as I can see the site doesn’t connect to fonts.gstatic.com)BUT if there is any mistake made – folder missing, wrong path, font file missing – all fonts will still be loaded from fonts.gstatic.com … no error message, no fall back to browser standard fonts …
I think we should hint at this …
Maybe the best way would be to have an option in Enfold prefs to choose between loading fonts from local server (and specify a path) OR loading from Google …But anyway, as I already mentioned above: thanks again for your efforts!

ClausMay 11, 2016 at 2:31 pm in reply to: Portfolio-Raster + Galerie displaying wrong on OS X 10.6.8 with Safari 5.1.10 #630742Hi Andy,
hm … the link to the screenshots page is still available (private area first post) and it works!
If you are getting into a thread at a later point it would be helpful if you read the whole thread, wouldn’t it?
In this case there are just 3 posts and my latest post additionally says ” … as shown in the screenshots-links of my first post …”.
I think the given information in a manageable amount of posts cannot lead to a comment like “I can’t see any screenshots.” in any way – wouldn’t you agree?Secondly it is no reasonable argument but a cheap back door to say something like “… use modern systems only …” as there are a lot of people who are not using the up-to-date OS and browser versions.
If you are willing to start a new attempt to check the described bugs considering the infos in this post it would be great.
Otherwise please pass it over to a support team member who is a bit more exerted to get into and read the details …Best regards

May 10, 2016 at 1:30 pm in reply to: Portfolio-Raster + Galerie displaying wrong on OS X 10.6.8 with Safari 5.1.10 #629884Hi Ismael,
I just installed Safari 5.1.7 on Windows 7 for test purpose:
same bad results (images are strechted) as shown in the screenshots-links
of my first post (which belong to OS X 10.6.8 with Safari 5.1.10).In addition videos are not displayed properly in the same system surroundings.
You can find the links and infos in the private area.
Best regards

Hi Andy,
yes, of course I know that on November 27, 2015, Yigit posted
We have reported the issue to our devs. Please kindly wait to hear from us. Thread will be on hold until you reply.
2 month later I only asked if there is anything new going on with solving this issue.
From this point on your colleagues treated this my posts if the issue was a new one.I don’t think the issue has anything to do with customization and hope that you will come to a solution in the nearest future …
Thanks and best regards
ClausHm … I checked it on several computers … everything is in place and works …
Maybe you did not recognize the slowly moving and blending of the circles in the video and you think it´s an image?I did an additional screen recording of the page (links below) …
I took a screen recording to show that on my side editing the color section
is possible and that I cannot reproduce any error you are talking about …
Please find the link below …Dear Vinay,
could you PLEASE READ, READ, READ the latest posts I sent?
YOU ARE LOOKING AT THE WRONG DOMAIN!!!!
The first links I sent are obsolete – I already told you twice.
Pleeeeaaaaaase take a look at the links in the private content OF THIS REPLY below!Regards
ClausHm … which “screenshot below” do you mean?
And: there is so far no problem to edit the color section …Are you really looking on the same page?
Does your answer really belong to this thread?Hi Vinay,
I think I am NOT using 3.4.3 but 3.4.7 as you can see in the screenshot (link in private content below).
Maybe you are still following the link in my early posts of this thread???
It leads to a former test installation and is not the one I am talking about …PLEASE use the link below to take a look at the video issue.
Regards
ClausSorry, but the issue of this thread is NOT about the above mentioned errors
but referring to the video’s short black screen when the video restarts.
(I only mentioned the errors referring to Vinay’s reply where he says “… some where some tag is not closed …”
and I answered this aspect.)Could you please consider the issue of the video’s short black screen when the video restarts?
Hi Vinay,
sorry, I can’t follow you – as I am not the only one to notice the issue (see the starter of this thread) and Yigit says above:
We have reported the issue to our devs. Please kindly wait to hear from us
– I recreated the page (see link in private content)
– enfold version is 3.4.7The only errors I get are:
[Warning] Unexpected CSS token: : (font-awesome.css, line 104)
[Warning] Unexpected CSS token: : (font-awesome.css, line 110)
[Warning] Unexpected CSS token: : (font-awesome.css, line 116)
[Warning] Unexpected CSS token: : (font-awesome.css, line 122)
[Warning] Unexpected CSS token: : (font-awesome.css, line 128)Maybe you take a closer look again?
Thanks a lot
