Please take a look at my cpanel. The reason why I was not updating the theme was because I always run into problems. Until now, I was able to resolve them temporarily by creating the “enfold1” folder and nesting the “enfold” proper folder within it as a friend advised me. But now I can do noting – please take a look at my cpanel and the dashboard and help. I’ve done all you suggest; however, despite upgrading the theme via FTP without any error messages while downloading, it still does not show in my dashboard as upgraded and the website is not displaying sliders. I included the passwords as private at the bottom of my initial message.
