I’m not sure where the JS was being moved to, the devs didn’t mention that folder specifically. they just said the uplouds folder. I don’t think it was the SG optimiser as that wasn’t active at the time. In any case it wasn’t happening with 2019 so I don’t know if it was some minification thing, or just a bad combination, but in any case we found a work around.

Sorry, I should likely have meant deactivated. I suppose we could move them via FTP but we’d have to do it every time the plugin was updated. There was a further development since since my last post in that it only seems to happen when a user is signed in. Enfold didn’t move the files when the forms were used by a guest. For now the toolset developers have helped turn off the media library functions for my upload fields. The sites being rebuilt on a custom platform later this year so we’re not looking spend a huge amount of time polishing. The toolset guys are looking to see if they can put a work around in to work with Enfold better.

Hi there sorry, was private. I’ve opened it up now. I have found out something odd in the mean time. the upload buttons work ok when you are logged out, but break when you’re logged in. I’ve switched back to 2019 and verified that they work without issue when logged in. I’ve not got any of the minimisation setting on and I’ve deleted my siteground cache plugin. Do you have any ideas about what enfold might be up to? TBH I don’t think it’s 100% enfold as I’ve gone back a fair few version to nov 2018 and the issue persists but it a contributing factor, as can be seen bu using 2019.

I had a reply from the plugin developer who said the js files used by the plugin were being moved to the uploads directory. I tried dissabling all other plugins and the siteground cache plugin but the only thing that enabled the image upload field again was to switch theme.
