Thanks for looking at the problem mike. It seems to be as simple as first accepting the cookies on the site. You can then log in without problems. So it has nothing to do with the Ithemes Security or WP Optimize plugins. The merging of the js and css also has nothing to do with it. After the latest update from Enfold, the Enfold cookie alert ensures that you must first accept the cookies before you can log in. I tested this on the other sites. This was not necessary before the last update from Enfold. So the problem is Enfolds cookie notification. I am happy that my customers and I can log in again. Perhaps it is useful to mention this as a note for people who still have to update. Thank you very much for the help.
February 7, 2020 at 10:13 pm in reply to: URGENT: wp-admin / wp-login.php problems after update theme #1182427Hi Victoria,
I appreciate your suggestion, but for an urgent question I’ve to wait 4 days to notice something of action from Enfolds side. Why should I switch themes on an active client site to wait again for days? I’ve sent 4 days ago my ftp data already because this was suggested by one of the Enfold team members on Themeforest. They suggested also to put Urgent in subject line. I know how to switch themes because I told this when describing the problem, but don’t you think it makes sense to change themes when you actually have time to check the site? You can do it yourself don’t you?
February 6, 2020 at 12:29 am in reply to: URGENT: wp-admin / wp-login.php problems after update theme #1181936Hi Basilis,
There where no problems before or during the last Enfold update. After logging out, I wasn’t able to login anymore. As I wrote above, the WP login screen appears over and over again, so I can’t login anymore. This happens also at another Enfold website. So I’m affraid the update other websites with your theme. I don’t have this problem with websites with another theme. I’ve sent all my login details. Were you able to login because you ask for an error? Once again: the problem is logging in. Seems error enough to me.

Hi Ismael,
Thanks for your reply. I can’t get the masonry gallery work properly on my ‘old’ safari browser, even with the codes you’ve provided. The masonry gallery lightbox is working. After clicking an item, the images load. Is it working on your browser with this code?

Hi Yigit,
Thanks for the screenshot. I’m using an old version of Safari (5.1.10), so I think that’s causing the problem.

Hi!
Thanks for your answer. I have one last question: why the hover ( overlay and text ) works after I clicked and follow the link on the mobile device, and then return to the masonry gallery ?
I mean, if I check my masonry gallery, there is no overlay and text visable. When i click the photo to follow the link to another page and then return to that photo in the masonry gallery, the clicked image does suddenly have an overlay. Is it a lot work for you to explain how this is possible?Greetz,
Lara

Hello,
I’m aware there’s no such thing as a hover on a touch device by default. But maybe its possible to simulate some animation or add support for hover events when the user touch these elements on any touch enabled device by use of minimal javascript and css. There is a feature on touch devices called double tap for instance.
This is the situation:
I have a picture in my masonry gallery. When I hover the picture on the desktop, a slightly transparent overlay with a centrered text appears.
When I click the picture on my Iphone, or Ipad, it opens a new page immediately. After returning to the masonry gallery, the clicked picture gets its slightly transparent overlay with a centrered text.Ideal situation would be: seeing the masony picture on my mobile device. Click the picture once to see the overlay with a centrered text, click the picture triggers the link to the next page.
I really would like for the touch users to experience something close to that of the desktop users! I hope there’s a solution for this. Unfortunately I’m not able to find it, maybe you can help me with this.
Thank you so much for your time.

Thanks for your help, I really appreciate this, but unfortunately this has no effect either. I noticed when there is a background, the effect of shifting isn’t visable. I really don’t know where to look to change this. The only thing I did, is remove the bullits, the background and border, besides fontsize, color and hover, as seen in the provided css. I’m a bit desperate now:-( Do you have an other suggestion?Thanks in advanche!
February 17, 2015 at 11:22 am in reply to: Photography template sidebar menu and responsive toggle menu #397365Hi,
I really want to know what to do. The code as you suggested doesn’t prevent the menu item from shifting up and down, even when I change it from 5px to 7px. I tried all kind of values here allready. The margins on the menu items are still acting strange. Can you help me figuring this out please?

February 16, 2015 at 5:08 pm in reply to: Photography template sidebar menu and responsive toggle menu #396821Yeah, I figured it out:-) !!
Do do wanna help me with just one more thing? I use a menu in a widget on the left side of the page but each of the menu items still move up or down a bit when I visit the corresponding page. Can you see whats happening here and help me fix this? I cant find the reason:-(
Here is the corresponding css for so far:
#top .widget_nav_menu li a { color: #887373; font-size: 12px; letter-spacing: 1px; font-weight: 400; text-transform: uppercase; font-family: ‘Muli’ ; }
#top .widget_nav_menu li:hover a { color: #dedcd1; font-size: 12px; letter-spacing: 1px; font-weight: 400; text-transform: uppercase; font-family: ‘Muli’ ; }.main_color .widget_nav_menu ul:first-child>.current-menu-item, .main_color .widget_nav_menu ul:first-child>.current_page_item { background: transparent; }
.widget_nav_menu ul:first-child>.current-menu-item, .widget_nav_menu ul:first-child>.current_page_item, .widget_nav_menu ul:first-child>.current-menu-ancestor { box-shadow: none; }
#top .widget ul { list-style: none; }
Thanks again!!

February 16, 2015 at 7:35 am in reply to: Photography template sidebar menu and responsive toggle menu #396534Hi,
I’m gonna change my layout from Photography to normal to archieve the desired layout. Still, I want to ged rid of the toggle and the menu underneath. Can you provide code to accomplish this?
Hello Elliott,
That’s too bad! I thought it might be a bug, because the demo page shows the same jump down. It looks strange this way, and it is an unnecessary action in my opinion. I’m trying to figure it out myself.
Thanks anyway!
