Sorry, but I cannot understand what is on your site the problem:

– You have no AJAX ready sample side? No show cases available? (At least you did NOT provide a link up till now)
– You cannot perform on that side right-click?

Sorry I still do NOT understand how your support is set up. You have no testing environments? This issue is a general issue therefore I do NOT understand why you insist on a specific setup. Perhaps you could next time provide a link to your test-site – would be great to continue the discussion from there…

I’m not sure what your reply is about. Last time – in another request – you asked about a screenshot about things I have in mind (still do NOT know how to do this), this time you asked for a screen cast and after providing it you tell me you are looking for screenshots. Sorry, but I do NOT understand your support strategy :-(

I’m pretty sure there is a sample page of the Enfold theme where the AJAX sideload works. Why do you NOT use this page to test what I have written/described? Where is the problem in testing it in your own structure?

The html+swf is the requested screen cast. If you like other means for hosting files, please provide a link where I can upload. If you do NOT trust the provided link – why then trust dropbox or imgur? Why do NOT provide a structure for this?

AND last but not least plz explain in details how I should provide screenshot which reflect some timing issues? If there is a performance problem at the host – than Enfold does NOT load properly – the user can interact and the problem appears the same way as right click. Plz make clear how this could be made clear beside a screen cast. OHHH yeah, the automatic reply with ‘Plz provide a link with the access rights to your server’.

Meeehhhhnnnn….. that kind of support su*xs…. Please provide the link to your represenstation of Enfold theme loaded via AJAX sideload – then I can show you that right click does NOTwork! Yeah… plz provide the showcase of Enfold – and then lets discuss it from there!

Sorry, I cannot respond other than to take it personal. I think I’ve provided already enough material, enough description – most of them what you requested – namely a SCREEN CAST.

Looking forward to replies to the provided screen cast or the link of the Enfold show case (AJAX sideload).

I found that

gives the proper height of the content – cuz I need it only for the Excerpts (with some additional alignments). So far – so good – nevertheless two qs:

1) Is there a way to apply these settings only in the case when 2 lines are used?
a) dynamically (preferable)
b) hard coded (i.e. if the excerpt is smaller than …px) ==> use e.g. a special class which has these attributes…
2) What code is required to cause a revalidation of the layout? Cuz when I manually shrink the window by pixels the layout process is done perfectly. But when I click on the middle Windows-button each window has (left to close windoX) than the layouting is not done another time ==> what to do to apply resp call it?

what do you mean with URL? I have it on my localhost. You can reproduce it or not?

I’ve tested it as well on https://webers-testseite.de/mino/portfolio-item/slider-two-third/ with the same behaviour… so, what do you need additionally???

What I would expect: That the borders for all 3 items cover the same height – i.e. the maximum height of one of the containers which holds the caption…

I made another screenshot (see below)

And from the new screenshot you clearly see that there is an overlapping ==> I would expect: no overlapping!

Does it sound reasonable?

I thought that I have described my request quite precisely at the very ending of my initial post. The response Yigit only covers my q1, not q2 nor my main question.

I understand that for support you wanna need material you can base your work. Obviously a description was not precise enough:-/ I tried my best to facilitate and to make clear what I want, but your last request overcharge my possibilities. How can I make “simple Screenshot of the breadcrumb layout I have in mind ” ? How should I make Screenshot from something I do NOT have? What would access to some system help if you do NOT have an idea what I want to achieve?

Confusion…. And video showed my settings, the current results and a brief description that the items are not there as described….

I want to have a Sidebar, left side, the menu items therein ==> should have breadcrumbs – split up like in a tree…

Similar as on the provided FAQ page (link see above), About us, Blank pages, etc…How to achieve it? Just with breadcrumbs…

As written in the initial statement:

I don’t know how to describe the steps to reproduce the problem better…. :-( if you follow the steps what remains unclear???

Let’s say it that way:

I don’t wanna maintain both input/content boxes!!! As long as the content of the AJAX is displayed I’m happy… despite the user interaction and handling and performance and….

I’m not really sure what you mean with the lightbox effect, but what you write about right click sounds like my expectations… Although if there are other reasonable solutions I’m open to them…

From my side you can close this topic – although I have a new issue – which might be related to the current one – at least a workaround could be possible with the solution provided here. But nevertheless lets see what the results will be for the new one. Up till than plz close this one.
