Yes it is correct now
I had to change the css to:
#top select, #top .avia_ajax_form .select, #top .entry-content-wrapper select {
background-position: 100% 50%;

I cleared the cash and the arrows are now in the left side of the field – not the right side of the field
Can that be changed ?Cheers
