Hi Nikko,
thank you for your suggestions.
The latest updates have been completed (WordPress, Enfold, plugins and PHP 7.4) and the pages are editable in the backend again. There was a problem in Chrome: the page was only up-to-date in the front- and backend after a hard cache clear (Ctrl + Shift + Del).
This is a problem that comes up again and again with Enfold in Chrome and is very unsatisfactory for my customers because they always think that the website has not been updated.
Can you please tell me how to solve this problem? For example, is there a specific setting in Enfold?Best regards,
AnkeHi Jordan,
you can close it.
Regards
AnkeHi Rikard,
thank you very much, it’s good.
Before it was necessary to do the following:
Deactivate file compression and select to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->PerformanceRegards
AnkeHi,
thanks for your answer, but it’s not working.
What solution does the SUPPORT recommend?

AnkeHi Rikard,

AnkeHi Basilis,
Thank you, I’ve done it.Regards
AnkeHi Rikard,
thanks, I’ve tried it. Unfortunately it doesn’t work.
Do you have another suggestion?Regards
AnkeHi Rikard,
thanks, it works.
But for the burger menu you have to add the following code
#av-burger-menu-ul .sub-menu li:first-child a {
margin-top: 50px;
}Regards
AnkeHi Rikard,
can you please make me a new suggestion? Otherwise I won’t get ahead with my work.
It’s urgent.Regards
AnkeHi Rikard,
no, I haven’t found a solution yet.
The second screenshot should visualize my wish (links closer together).
Maybe you could address them via “line-height”?Thanks for the code in your last post.
Unfortunately there was no change to the element. What can I do?
Regards
AnkeHi Rikard,
the code is only OK when you open the website, but if you scroll down, the mainmenu is hidden by the submenu.
Look at two screenshots of the menu:Screenshot 1) When you open the site: OK
Screenshot 2) When scrolling the site: not OK
What can I do?
Regards
AnkeHi Rikard,
the first screenshot (Menu_ist.png) shows the actual state in the smartphone view: The 1st menu item starts too far down and the menu items are much too far apart in vertical view.
The second screenshot (Menu_soll.png) shows the state I want it to be: The menu starts further up and the menu items are closer together.
Regards
Hi Rikard,
yes, I will give you the link to the website in a private post (below). Please look at the menu item “Über uns”, there is a submenu.Regards
