Hi Mike,
thanks a lot for checking the site. You are right, this piece of javascript is causing the conflict.
We will use the Enfold Mailchimp widget.
Best regards,
KlausHi there,
I reloaded the theme via FTP. The issue persists.
Regards,
KlausHi Victoria,
we had rebuilt this site from scratch six days ago. We had the theme newly installed six days ago, only then imported the content from the old website via XML.
I’m not a programmer and so I do not know how the funcitions.php handles correctly in the child theme.
I would need from your side a developer who looks at exactly the config.php and if necessary changes the functions.php, as indicated in your last mail.
As I said, this is a bit too complicated for me.
Do not you have a developer, who can also take a piece of code into his own hands and try it?
So far, we have only bought three times your theme. But I had the impression that the previous support requests have somehow worked better.

Done.
Best regards,
KlausHey Vinay,
many thanks for your help. That was a good hint. Wordfence is causing the conflict. So I think it would a good idea to involve them to find a solution.
Thanks again,
KlausHi Vinay,
thank you very much for your friendly message.
You said: “You can use svg with enfold just like you use images :) You need to install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/svg-support/ then upload your svg just like images to media library and use them.”
Very good. I installed this plugin and uploaded this (to my client very important) SVG image. Now I have the issue that on the page http://ect.inspiras-qm.de/research/research-publications/ Avia Layout Architect is not loading.
Even if I deactivate the plugin plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/svg-support/ there is no change: the one and only imported SVG image is still working correctly, the Avia Layout Architect is still not loading on that page. Therefore I assume that the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/svg-support is just needed to import a SVG image to WordPress at all.
Any suggestions, why Avia Layout Architect is not loading with this SVG?
Thanks,
KlausHi Andy,
I do not use a 3rd party plugin. I just use a SVG image – related plugins are deactivated.
I thought it would be possible to use a SVG image with Enfold. It’s a pity. You corrected the small issue with the front page very fast. It also seems to be a small issue on the page http://ect.inspiras-qm.de/research/research-publications/. The problem is, I do not understand understand exactly, what you programmed: “We removed the svg code in the text block and then used javascript to append the svg object inside the svg-container. ”
Kind regards,
KlausHey Basilis,
many thanks for your quick response.
After the first part of the thread I know already, that the SVG image I am using on the frontpage is causing issues. On the other hand I need this SVG image because my client wants to have this special clickable image which has to be responsive. I have no other idea how I could generate a clickable image which is responsive.
The same issue I experience at the moment on http://ect.inspiras-qm.de/research/research-publications/ I had on the frontpage before you removed the svg code in the text block and then used javascript to append the svg object inside the svg-container.
There is no SVG Code on the page http://ect.inspiras-qm.de/research/research-publications/. All other pages are editable with the Avia Layout Architect.
Kind regards,
KlausHi Richard,
I found a second page on the same site, on which the Avia Layout Architect does not load anymore:
Should I open a separate Thread?
Kind regards,
KlausHey Ismael,
Great! This is a very good solution. I had a look on the functions.php in the child-theme. I have to adjust the absolute path to the image after migrating to the live site, of course.
Works like a charm.
Thanks a lot!
Klaus (klaaba)Hi Yigit,
thanks for your fast response!
It does not load, if I deactivate the plugin. But it does load, if I cut out the link with the SVG Image:
[av_textblock size='' font_color='' color='']
<object data=”http://ect.inspiras-qm.de/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/etc-solutions.svg” type=”image/svg+xml”></object>
[/av_textblock]Thanks!
KlausHi,
really quick, wow!
That did the trick – thanks a lot!Kind regards,
KlausHey Yitit!
I thought it would be visible, what I mean ;-)
I added a screenshot now. The image is 15 (?) px smaller than the right border of the text. It would be great, if the image would also end with the text.Best regards,
Klaus (Klaaba)OK, got it. Thank you very much!
Kind regards,
KlaabaThanks very much for your help!
But at the moment I can see just:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare builder_set_debug() (previously declared in /www/htdocs/w011650c/dev/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php:22) in /www/htdocs/w011650c/dev/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions-enfold.php on line 1326I proved it – it’s up.
I edited the functions.php via FTP and editor and now my site is back.
My goal is to copy the avia code from some single pages from the dev-site to the live-site. My client edited the wrong site and created pages there.
I tried this, now I got this result in Frontend and Backend:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare builder_set_debug() (previously declared in /www/htdocs/w011650c/dev/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php:22) in /www/htdocs/w011650c/dev/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions-enfold.php on line 1326
Hi,
thanks for your quick answer!

Kind regards,
KlausSame issue.
