Okay, I’m slowly starting to understand how the ‘Parent Theme’ and the ‘Child Theme’ work. By adjusting the PHP, I can now edit products again.
Why is this text still at the top of the products page?
“Your theme (Enfold Child) contains outdated copies of several WooCommerce template files. These files may need to be updated to ensure compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce.”
That was actually the reason I purchased a new license, but apparently that doesn’t help solve the problem.
So on the 2nd block, I can click the ‘activate’ button on the parent theme?
I currently can’t access my products in WooCommerce. So I can’t edit any products.
I do have some work to do on the webshop homepage; I’m still working on getting everything back up and running. https://www.filova.be/winkel/
Except for a few minor things, the other pages seem fine at first glance. I’ve already received orders, so that’s good too.

My second website, http://www.duurzameheistenaars.be, also uses the same theme. Do I need to purchase a second license for it?
You mean the FTP access credentials? That should be the same.
A backup of the entire website is made every night.
I’ve exported the theme settings under Enfold->Import/Export and saved them to my local computer (see attachment). Is that correct?Hello Rikard
I figured out how to generate a password.
First, one more question. If you upgrade Enfold to the latest version, will it be compatible with the current version? Because the website creator made changes to the child theme. Will those be preserved after updating Enfold?

I have three websites. http://www.filova.be is a subsite of http://www.duurzameheistenaars.be. I don’t understand why this is the case.

I’m starting to understand why you keeps referring me to Envato Market, because so far it’s only been about selling your license, and this falls under jurisdiction of Envato Market.
If I have any questions about the functionality after installing Enfold, I can contact you.
And than is my next question:
The company that built my website went bankrupt. At one point, I kept getting a message that I had an outdated version of Enfold. The Enfold license was held by the company that went bankrupt. Since I could no longer reach the creator of my webshop, I started looking into this myself. I don’t have much experience in this area.
The currently installed version is still version 1.0. Can I now install the latest version 7.1.2 without any problems?

I’ve been working on this all afternoon and I can’t seem to get it to work. I keep getting an error message.

I purchased a new license because my website developer no longer has the code. Enfold is still on version 1.0. That’s why I had to make this purchase. However, the code doesn’t work, and I’m getting an error message.
