Hi, my site is one page with only one form. The contact form turns green when you submit an enquiry. I need it to be #F69F29.

Hi its still green, as I said in my last post I’m pasting the CSS in the Custom CSS Class field, it that correct?

KinnearI added the CSS to the custom field in the form element as instructured, and now it’s green, not just when you click submit. I want to keep the white; once the submit button is clicked, it turns orange.

Widgets – Sidebar pages (I’m using the Contact Info & Map (Jetpack) I get the ‘A map will not be displayed. Is the address formatted correctly?’ The address is correct so I’m not sure why this is happening.Cheers Kinnear

Hi,
I just tried on one of my sites after deleting an backup plugin that I’ve had trouble with before. On the WordPress Update page it stated that the theme was on the current version. I then checked the Them Update in the Enfold options screen and it stated I had an older version so I clicked to update from there and received the below error.
An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.
I also just realised the links to the websites I provided are the old ones before I updated the SSL Certificates, could this be the issue? Please use these:

KinnearHi I have the screen shots I just need to attach them because you have requested that I don’t use email. I don’t need an app that will help me capture the shot, just need to know how I can get it to you because there doesn’t seem to be a way to attach a file in this support thread.

I have attached a couple of screen shots to the email you sent me, do you have a list of CSS that is available? I noticed other themes do that so you can change it up so it looks like you’ve used a different theme each time.

I can see the menu just like your screen shot but if I try to open the a main page e.g. services it won’t display. The sub-menus drop down appears and you can select a sub-menu option and that works fine it is just the top level that won’t display. This is the same on my iPad.

I cleared my history, rebooted (pulled the were lead out) and tried Chrome and the logo still didn’t appear. I then checked my other Mac and same thing happened.
This is really weird because I can’t see it. I can see the favicon, doe you have any other suggestions?

Hi, i checked the file manager and it is there my IP provider did it for me. However it still isn’t working the site is not displaying and I can’t access WordPress I get the same error as above. Can you please check it for me as stated above I can give you my log in details vial email so you can check it as it didn’t solve the issue and I really need to get this up and running. cheers Kinnear
Hi, I’m pretty sure I have managed to add the new version to file manager but the site is still not working. This is very concerning because it is leading up to a weekend and this client has only just gone live, not a good first impression. I need some assistance wit this can we communicate privately so I can give you my log in details so you can check it?
cheers KinnearMy theme is a zip file and the tutorial for the installing this through FTP was just a folder, as I am doing this through File Manger can I use the zip because I can’t upload a folder?

Hi, I just had confirmation from my IP provider that I can do this through cPanel because I don’t have FTP. I had a look in the file manager and found the Enfold folder is this correct path?
public_html/wp-content/themes/enfoldIf so do I just delete the old files and upload the new one?

Hi I’m a bit of a dil, I can’t get into WP so I will have to do it through FTP, hope I don’t mess it up.
Thanks, can just do it through WP or does it have to be done through FTP? I not technical so I’d rather the way I know if that is an option.

I just purchased a brand new iMac and I have the same problem. It must be a Safari issue, which is odd because I only use Safari so it has worked in the past, this could be a bug
I will try and use Chrome but my preference is Safari, have you had any other users with this problem.
