It is actually not the shop page, but the paypal dropdown of the shopping cart ICON in the main header area on the home page only. The nav seems to be cutting it off.Hi there, header.php file has been put into the child theme folder but no change in the lightbox gallery performance or the burger menu.
I did notice that the basic child theme does NOT have the header.php file (so do we need it for this site?). I did not make any edits to the original header.php file in the parent theme.

Thanks Nikko. I will try this. Did the other menu links work for you? I have tested again in all of my browsers and they do not work.
I have tried both formats (plain anchor and full url — #blog for the url instead of https://your_site.com/#blog), neither seem to work
I have reloaded the wp core files and also the theme via ftp
I am wondering if the reason might be that I had one of the demo themes loaded at first?
