For the rec ord, fixed by disabling the cart behavior boxes in woo setting as pictured: redirect to the cart and Enable AJAX
i even removed it completely and it still showed as a visitor but goes away as admin, what am i missing?

because my issue was directly related to how i customized my site, your site will be diff thus you will have to share admin access which has no biz being done in this thread
weird, i never added that code on line 19, where is that shortcode file located? can i change it with a child theme file?

when using the function.php code shared by yanknudtskov, the term and condition page stops from showing on the checkout page, however, the hyperlink to the page on “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions ” is gone. Can you advise how to retain the hyperlink?

So is this a new mandatory change from woocommerce to force customer to scroll the terms and services before buying? very distracting when thoses terms are pages long…I do not see the change see made there, but the form still show up in 1 row, please advise how i can revert

That did the trick ! i would like to tweak one more thing to make it perfect, we’ve added the CSS code below to add a white backgroud for the LOGIN menu. It works fine until the LOGIN page is loaded, how can we retain the white background even when the page is active?
That worked but looks like i didnt explain myself clearly
by underline i meant the RED line pictured below that is a bit lower than the regular font underline like pictured below, how can i display that when the page is active for the sub menu and main menu?
after isolating each section in the function.php file, it turns out this section is causing it, any idea why?
