Disregard the CSS issue, I found the file that I was looking for.

I’m still inquiring about integrating Facebook into the footer, next to Twitter and the number of followers. Basically, the client wants to replicate that but for a Facebook page instead of an RSS icon. I just want to know how much programming would normally be involved with this request.
