Thank you! This I can work with!
Thank you!
bump, anyone? please.
Can someone login and set this one example up for 1/4 column and I could then figure out the rest? Thanks!
Thanks Vinnie,
That fixed it for me. Glad to get a real solution.
Same, did not fix issues even after clearing all cache. So annoying when Enfold has a real issue and wont admit it and send us in circles.
This doesn’t appear to be doing anything at all… I am unsure how to use media queries.
Ok, so I enabled the custom CSS classes and ALB and set the class name to “advertising-column”.
Now I want the layout of the page to perform in this manner:
Total page width is 1200px, I have 3 columns currently setup on the homepage. 1/4, 1/2, 1/4.
But I want: static 300px, 600px (remaining), static 300px.
If the page shrinks below 1200px, the middle column shrinks while the two outside columns stay the same. When the middle column reaches 200px it can transition to mobile view.
I cant seem to get the CSS to work well.
Ya I would stop recommending that plugin, it breaks the drop downs and hasn’t been updated for the latest versions of wordpress. It is garbage. I found a solution that doesnt achieve this but works as well.
Any reason why the avia-position-center wouldnt be working?
Ok, so this 99% worked. It just isn’t aligning center for some reason.
And then is there a way to get the same integration with the Enfold main menu?
I tried adding the link as the URL and setting attributes to:
onclick=”FH.open({ shortname: ‘cbstadventures’, view: { item: 16545 }, fullItems: ‘yes’ }); return false; It almost worked but doesn’t pull up the lightbox.
Ok Great, so this is a good start. There is now indeed a working button. Its style is different from the buttons I currently have on the page. Is there a way to make it a centered light transparent button like the site currently has?
See the Fat Bike Section for the comparison.
January 29, 2016 at 4:30 am in reply to: Enfold video background auto play conflicting with other plugin #574290I debated that but that would be a second purchase for something that really just adds a cool effect and not any actual functionality to the site. Wasted money. This was what I researched to be the best option at the time anyway so I doubt I would purchase another.
I was just hoping you could figure out what was going wrong, maybe work some magic with custom css and make it work anyway. I dunno, you guys always seem to pull through. If you have no ideas I will just end up disabling it.
January 28, 2016 at 6:52 am in reply to: Enfold video background auto play conflicting with other plugin #573512Sorry, just put the site live as this wasn’t too much of an issue.
OK, I need a real answer to this and for someone to actually look into this. Seems like a permissions issue maybe? The errors only show up in chrome and the website doesn’t even display correctly in chrome, the advertisement tool I am working with doesn’t show up at all.
Adding add_theme_support(‘avia_no_session_support’); did not fully resolve any issues. I still get this warning:
Warning: session_start(): open(/tmp/sess_p7jqo7amuhadqi7vr03qehfn07, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in /home/roatanba/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_entries.php on line 32
On a 100% fresh install with no plugins in a completely separate cpanel account the same thing is happening as well.
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
This was in the wp-config folder. Is there anywhere else I can turn off debug?
So why would this issue appear on this site but none of my others running enfold? Also wont this break again in a theme update?
Ok, I found what plugin is the issue, I will use their support to find a solution. Thanks.
I got the portfolio items to show up again setting permalinks to default, but setting to post leads to 404 pages. Any new ideas?
Still not seeing it work, still doing exactly what it has done the whole time. Tried in incognito window and internet explorer where there was no saved cache.
Disabling all plugins did not help either. Tried reverting all files back to the 3.1.2 state but still same issue, seems its something in the database that the update ruined.
Nothing has changed, http://jovialconcepts.org/portfolio-item/community-building-contest-2015/ still goes to 404. Its not a permalink issue, I was just using Post Name. The update did this and multiple other people are reporting the issue.
The theme update did this, not a plugin, fix it on your end enfold.
Same issue here, all we can do is wait until there is a fix or downgrade the theme to the older version. I would recommend not changing or troubleshooting as it is an issue with the update for sure.
Try putting the buttons in columns, split the are you want the buttons in half and center the buttons in each of those.
Seems all HTML code pretty much fails in the functions.php file. I am trying to get 2 paragraphs in like this:
“2645 Industrial Lane
Broomfield, CO 80020Closer to Lafayette?
Visit XtremeAltitude.com” (I also want this to be a link, but that throws a PHP error)Website: http://flatironsgym.overhaulics.com/
Currently I have an image of what I want, but I need it to match the format of the image. <br /> gives a huge break. I tried using \n without much luck either. I don’t know PHP :(
I would also like what Shawnlimws wants. I did what was told but got a “1” below my menu in the totally wrong spot.
