Thank you!
How do I remove the border lines around the toggle title?
This reply has been marked as private. Thanks Devin!
1. So here’s the thing with the portfolio grid. If I select 4 columns, it goes full width on all screen sizes but if I select 3 columns it has that 1 pixel gap on the right side of the screen. Is there any way to stretch everything over just a little bit to compensate for this? Not sure why it would work correctly with 4 columns but not 3. Unfortunately I want to use 3 columns on my site. Ismael helped me with a similar issue with the masonry grid before. I figure it can be fixed the same way across all devices.

2. The other issue I noticed is that since I centered the title underneath the portfolio items, if the title is too long and moves to a second line, the titles that aren’t 2 lines have a thin border line 3/4 of the way down. Can you tell me how I can remove this please?

That did it, thank you very much!
Thanks for the quick response!
I tested with Chrome and Firefox on my Mac and neither browser has the freezing issue when I open up a new tab. It only happens in Safari. I have tried this on multiple Macs with Safari and it happens on all of them. I don’t have any extensions in that browser and it has all the original default configurations. Do you think this is an issue with the Safari browser or something that can be fixed? Hopefully it can be fixed because it directly affects the user experience.
In regards to navigating to different slides via the bullets, this affects every browser. If I swipe on a mobile device or use the arrows on a browser to go from slide to slide, the slideshow continues to auto rotate and has no issues. If I use one of the bullets to select another slide in the slider that is out of sequence the slideshow won’t continue auto rotation. However, I can still navigate the slideshow, it just disables the autorotation for some reason.
Sorry for the delayed response. It still does the same thing with the parent them js/shortcodes.js file.
One issue is that if I click on any of the bullets out of order the slider stops and won’t start again until I go back to the slide that I was previously on.
If I open a tab in safari browser and then go back to the website the slideshow freezes and I have to refresh the page to get it to work. If I open tabs in Firefox or on iOS devices this doesn’t happen.
Here is the the thread that Dude helped me on
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/fullscreen-slider-pause-issue/That did the trick. Thank you very much!
That’s what I needed but is there a way to make it so it only moves the arrow up on the iPad and iPad Mini screen size in landscape mode? This code raises the arrow in landscape and portrait mode but portrait mode is ok and doesn’t need to be changed, just landscape mode. Thanks!
Resolved, thanks again for all the help!
Thanks Ismael, that’s exactly what I was looking for!
Can you also give me some quick css to move the button up a little bit from the bottom of the slider and I can adjust the pixels as needed?
Resolved. Thank you very much!
I figured out the transparent button issue by modifying the code so thank you! One more question:
The button is not centered with the text horizontally. Is there a way to lift it up slightly so it is? Right now it looks like the top of the button is lined up with the top of the text instead of being centered.
Thank you Ismael! Adjusting the height of the color section worked perfectly.
I was able to activate the custom css class section. I tried the code that was provided from the thread you gave me but it didn’t work correctly. The button now has a white border around it but with a white glow. What I want to do is make the button look like the light transparent button that is on my full screen slider on the homepage as the first slide. So a solid white border around the button and change the text color to white from the existing. Hopefully that makes sense.
Here is the Quick CSS I used:
.transparent-button a.avia-button { background: transparent !important; border: 1px solid white !important; box-shadow: inset 0 0 10px white; }
Resolved. Thank you very much!
Perfect!
Also, I was wondering if there is a way to make it so when you swipe the full screen slider on a mobile device and the arrows show up, if there is a way to make it so they disappear again after a couple of seconds until the screen is touched again. Right now once you swipe the screen, the arrows show up and will not go away until the screen is refreshed. They take up too much real estate on a mobile device. If this is not possible, how do I remove the arrows completely from the iPhone?
Resolved. Thanks again for the awesome customer support as always!

Hey Ismael,
Ok so the testimonial code worked perfectly, thanks!
In regards to the masonry issue, the code you gave me corrected the issue on my iMac so it stretches fullscreen on my 21.5″ screen, which is great! The only issue I still notice is that if you resize the screen to a smaller size the issue happens again, so say on a 15″ or 17″ screen it will have the small gap on the right side again. Once you get down to the iPad screen size and lower it works perfectly with no issues. I noticed this happens on your demo as well. For some reason it won’t stretch to fullscreen to match up with the other elements. I used the layout of your Home v9: Videos & Parallax layout for my home page. Not sure if there is anything more that can be done about this or if this is just an issue with this element?

That did the trick, thanks!
This reply has been marked as private.Hey Ismael,
1.) Ok I removed the CSS code.
2.) Ok I added the code you gave me back in. It seems to do the trick however the only problem is that it increases the size of the container on the iPhone in portrait mode only. The container size isn’t effected on any other screen size and works as I wanted it to.
Thanks for all the help!
