As I indicated previously, Stretch to Fit still doesn’t work https://drive.google.com/open?id=1HbhineemotyOijR3p7OSvOLJ9Zg0LuJq
The image is stretching to the entire website container, not the image area or grid width that I’ve set.I am running out of time on this and need a solution…. please help!
Weird! See below.
Hi,
Any luck?
User level updated! The page is the home page. I’m not concerned about loss of image quality – that’s not really part of my problem. I just want the image to fit in the container I’ve set for it.
Thanks!
Lovely, works great – thank you!

Cheers!
Thank you for identifying that! The short code was put in there so that my Categories widget would align correctly, so by removing that I am back to a problem I had earlier.
Esssentially, I wanted to remove the bullet points from the Widget displaying categories as a list. I was able to remove the bullet points but the text wasn’t aligning with the title (see the first private link I provided below to see this in action). That sample page I provided uses the Avia Layout Builder to show a widget on that right side, so it needs to apply to that specifically.
The second link I provided in the Private Content below shows a Category widget where the links are properly aligned due to adding this shortcode:
.widget li { list-style: none !important; }
Thank you!
All pages with bullet points (direct link in private content to the sample I took a screenshot of). I’ve tested it in both Chrome and Opera.
I’ve deactivated all plugins & removed any Quick CSS to see if there was a conflict, but the issue is still there.
Thanks!
The bullets don’t line up with the text. As you can see in the screenshot, there’s a photo and a headline. The bullets go beyond even the content area, far to the left of the layout boundaries.

THAT WORKED! Wahoo!

Didn’t affect anything.
I provided the login details so you can take a look, in the private Content of my first post.
Lovely! thank you and you can close out this ticket.
Thank you that’s great! How do I also change the link color for that specific area (without affected the color of links throughout the site)?
Thanks!
Please do. Thanks!
Hi Rikard!
Thanks that worked! It didn’t center the headline nor allow me to change the font size, but I found in another forum this code to do that:
h3.slide-entry-title { font-size: 20px !important; text-align: center; }
Just to reiterate – the problem isn’t removing the bullet points, it’s removing the indent. The text doesn’t align left.
One thing I just noticed – it did work in the stanard right-hand column, but in the case of one of my pages where I use the Layout Builder and drop in a Widget Area, that’s where it’s not applying (even though the bullet disappeared, the text isn’t aligning all the way.
Thanks!
Hi John!
Sorry that didn’t work :(
Sorry one slight edit to my request – As I’m clicking around and changing things, on #2 I’m now looking to center all the text below the featured photo and possibly increase the font size of the post title
Thanks!
Okay, like I said I DID creat a custom page with Advanced Layout Builder and set it up to be a shop page. I DID put in the items I wanted in there. But in addition to what I laid out in the page layout (and I provided you with a screenshot of this page), the website has decided to include the feed of products that I 100% have NOT added to the page.
If you would please review the screenshots from earlier and perhaps log in with the credentials I provided so you may have a look for yourself, maybe we’ll be on the same page? I’ve tried everything I could think of – Permalinks settings, Store settings, Theme settings.
This reply has been marked as private. If it were my choice, I’d leave it as is, but the client really wants a lighter version of the font. Comparing the site to the link I sent you previously, it does not look like Raleway ExtraLight font that I’m going for.
Just to be clear – are you saying we can’t go any lighter no matter what we do?
Hi Victoria! I did try that but the weight stays the same – If I increase it up to, for example, 700 the weight does change. So I suspect now it’s not exactly the code but the available font weights?
I’m looking for Raleway ExtraLight and Light as you can see in the font options here: https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/raleway
Thanks!
It took me a while to get around to applying this but I finally got around to it. The code worked but the weight is heavier, even though I’ve added the body weight code from earlier.
It now seems so silly! I have the category “Blog” because that’s what we want the main category to be. Otherwise we have to call it “articles” or “news” which sometimes sounds weird, depending on the situation. Renaming the category did work, but maybe some day there will be a better workaround?
Thanks!
Must have been a glitch, everything is working fine!
I’m not getting the Thin version of the font, I’m not sure how to do that. I tried the CSS code provided in #846920 reply but it doesn’t do anything.
Thanks!
See below:
I added that to my Quick CSS but it did nothing and the font is still in Lato not Raleway.
