Hi Rikard,
I’m hoping you can help me with something else before we close out this topic – but is still related.
I moved over the site to its actual home under new hosting, and my post slider customization that I made prior (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/post-slider-customization-2/) and the additions you’ve helped me with on the mobile version – well suddenly NONE of those are working.
Specifically:
1) The border/line on the bottom is showing, despite the code:#top.home #after_section_2.container_wrap { border-top-style: none!important; }
2) The Post Slider is displaying at 100%, but there appears to be padding between the images or just some sort of space in between despite some custom CSS to mitigate that problem.
3) The mobile version of the portfolio grid is not functioning, at all, with the code you gave me in this thread.
I’m struggling with trying to figure out why – it’s the same site, just on different hosting. I’ve deactivated all plugins but that doesn’t affect the problems, and I’ve checked that I’m on the latest Enfold version and the latest WordPress. I’ve removed the Quick CSS one at a time to see if there’s any competing code, but there doesn’t appear to be.
PLEASE HELP! Ack!

Wow – love it.
I think we’ve stumbled on something here – I will have to post the details of this in the future requests slash wishlist forum!Thank you again.
I love that! We are SO close. When you click to open the gallery, that’s working great. But if you accidentally swipe your finger left over it, you see the four images stacked at the odd sizes. Can we disable the swipe capability?
THANK YOU!
Hmm that didn’t seem to work – it removed all my social icons except for the Facebook on the full screen, and when you viewed it on mobile all the logos appeared but they were stacked to the right of the burger menu, not even on the flyout at all.
Screenshots included in the private content.
Thank you!
Oh sorry I hit that too soon!
It works wonderfully but we’d still like to have the social media icons appear somewhere… is there an easy way to have them moved to the flyout menu when in mobile?
Thanks!
That’s perfect, thank you!
You’re the best! Thank you, that worked!
Oh duh. Thank you!
*facepalm* I feel like such a dummy!
Thank you thank you thank you it works perfectly.
We can close out this thread!
Thank you Mike! Everything looks perfect with the exception of the lightbox. The link you provided is the opposite of what I’m looking for.
Right now the portfolio image currently links to the portfolio item, opening in a new tab. I’m trying to get it the portfolio image to open in a lightbox instead, but can’t seem to find a way to select that option.
Thanks again!
Thanks Mike,
The rounded edges must have resolved itself as I see the same thing you are!
For the padding, it removed the space between the images but just moved the images over, so that there’s a bunch of extra space on the right side now and isn’t filling the whole space/area (see link)
If you have a suggestion on how to remove the line below the portfolio grid, I’d appreciate that as well!
Thanks!
Try this link.
And the round edges?
Thanks!
Is it possible to also remove the rounded corners on the Post Slider?
Thanks!
Hi Nikko!
That works great!
Just my last question: How do I remove the rounded corners?
Thanks!
That worked, thanks!
What happens when I want to add a row of icons in a standard Avia text box or other widgets? Is it strange that it requires custom CSS every time you want to center multiple icons in one row?
Thanks!
Hi Rikard,
Still not making any sense – the code samples I gave you that I’m using don’t have avia-icon-pos-left in there at all, so I still don’t understand where I’m supposed to remove it from….
Even if I were to generate the shortcode using the Avia text block there isn’t an avia-icon-pos-left in there either.
So confused!
Hi Rikard! I’m not sure I understand – where is that located?

As always – you all ROCK!
We can close out this thread. THANK YOU!!!
Thank you Ismael! That worked.
If I want to remove the image from that home page widget… what’s the best way to do it?
Thanks!
Great! That worked but the date is aligned left instead of center – how do I update that?
Couple of other minor things:
1) There’s still a LOT of blank space on the main news page between the date and the featured image, I believe where the post meta info would go (but is hidden in my settings). Can I remove that?
2) Is it possible to remove the featured image only on the Blog Post content element I’ve dropped into my home page under Latest News? There’s still quite a bit of space between the headline and the date on that widget, but I’m thinking if I just remove that image it’ll help.Sorry for all the little tweaks… didn’t realize it would be this complicated but now I’m knee deep in it!
Thanks!
No, unfortunately it did not work for either problem. I cleared the website cache to make sure.
I added that code to my quick CSS but it didn’t do anything.
Hi Ismael,
I did make the image smaller and it still resized beyond the cell container no matter what I did. If you review the screenshots I sent over in the first post, you can see where this is not working.
I’m convinced something isn’t working correctly which is why I haven’t given up on this yet! For instance, in that last sample I posted you argue that “It’s only stretching within the cell container” – but it’s actually stretching within the entire row.
I did now notice that the moment I switch it to the Fixed option, that’s when it stretches across the entire row (as opposed to the cell). When Scroll is selected, it fits just fine.
As I indicated previously, Stretch to Fit still doesn’t work https://drive.google.com/open?id=1HbhineemotyOijR3p7OSvOLJ9Zg0LuJq
The image is stretching to the entire website container, not the image area or grid width that I’ve set.I am running out of time on this and need a solution…. please help!
Weird! See below.
Hi,
Any luck?
User level updated! The page is the home page. I’m not concerned about loss of image quality – that’s not really part of my problem. I just want the image to fit in the container I’ve set for it.
Thanks!
