I am using another demo theme so I can’t import the blog theme or it will over-ride correct?Thanks
I inserted the code into the theme functions in my chold theme and refreshed but still see the image as the first element and everything else below it/

I have so much frustration with the blog I still am not comfortable using it.
Things that I thought were taken care of globally on the site pop up like:
quotes have the vertical line I thought I got rid of, my font is not available….

But something odd is happening and it may be that I have conflicting CSS.
if I click on BLOG from top nav,
I get the page I like
but if I go to edit it by way of “edit page”
I get an old page I was previously building with a header that says “this and that…”
therefore, I am unable to add the comments/so media sectionAlso- my READ MORE —> is missing

After clicking in to the singe blog page, there is no header and it looks a mess. It’s still showing featured image and top image twice on some pages.hi

I moved the three buttons to the bottom of the home page.
I would like the font to be smaller and uppercase and the buttons to be more narrow.Thanks- I totally understand that there are limitations.
I added instead of replacing the script because I didn’t know what to replace. It still isn’t working.
I placed it in Enfold Child CSSI want to take away padding and make it thinner.
And the type inside the buttons is not adjusting to the css. Do I just add !important?
I was proud of myself for thinking I got some code correct but when I added the code above to “my code” the customization on the buttons reverted.
Here is what I used:
