So it is just isolating the image in a slide show? It’s not letting the user see it closer/bigger.
I have the thumbnails at 550- and that didn’t help. I’m at a loss.
and my images are blurry.

https://ibb.co/mkEa6nhere is what I see. when I click a product the lightbox shows an image that is smaller than the original. The only thing that needs to happen is a larger lightbox image. everything else is perfect
Can anyone make a suggestion besides hiring a developer? I would rather take the lightbox option off than spend more money at this point. You guys are so helpful. ;)
Thanks for your help but my lightbox is showing the product at 100%. The purpose of the lightbox is to get a closer look. How can this be about 300% bigger? I tried a few things but couldn’t nail it.

Because there are so many products the catalog element is not so efficient.
My client would be double entering the products on this page.
It would not be populating from the “Products”I just got the layout for that page perfected. Is there a work-around?

How do I keep the child theme and update via file manager without losing anything?update:
I started to try to delete the parent theme from Appearance –> theme and don’t see a ‘delete” option
https://ibb.co/hYdC5SI just got the site restored and have not updated the theme yet. I presently have 4.2.4. but when I updated to 4.2.6, before the restore, I lost some styles particularly in all buttons.
The buttons lost design and were just words left aligned. I’m afraid to update the theme now.Just saw that. Is there somewhere with directions to customize. I am not sure what to do here besides choose the Menu Overlay Style.
Like:
do I have a choice right or left?
can I choose the font style?
do I get to choose the pages the slide out will appear?I am not so good at understanding the mobile menu. I assume it is the same? what dimensions on a full page vs mobile?
