Yeah, it is a bit tricky. It is not in the “Plugins” dashboard, where I tried to find it first when I read the solution. Go to the Theme (or Enfold Child Theme) options, scroll down a bit, there’s a dropdown “Select your editor” (I have the German version which says “Wählen deinen Editor”. Then select WP Classic editor and save.
