Never mind – I found another solution.

Can’t wait any longer for you to review this. You have a bug in your gallery that needs attention. Please review the above and test on your own. Would appreciate if you add this bug to the items to fix for an upcoming update. I came up with a workaround by simply using columns and uploading images as I need. But it was a pain in the neck and required too much work in Photoshop for something that the theme should be able to do easily.
Thanks for your reply. But we actually changed the design and came up with another solution that works.

August 21, 2015 at 4:04 pm in reply to: Header widget area not working correctly after enfold update #491469Anyone?? My site is completely not functional if I leave the widget code in functions.php. I really need some help to understand what went wrong.
Awesome – thanks so much!
Anyone?
Hi, sure. I’ll add details below.
The reason the icon is in the wrong place is because I needed to use a different menu (Mega Main Menu) to match other related sites we have. There is a search icon option included with the menu plugin I can use, but yours looks much better and I was hoping to still be able to include it. It seems to me that if I could add some padding on the top and right side, I’ll be able to play with the values until its placed correctly. Please let me know if you can help.
Thanks,
BarryAwesome – thanks so much. I understand how the settings work now.
Again, thanks alot!
Barry
I reset them – not sure what happened. Please try again.
Hi,
I just tried again and now the widget is showing up in the middle of the menu. Please see the login below. Can you tell me what I did wrong?
Hi Yigit,
Thanks for the link. But I am trying to add a typical ad space (using the widget is fine). My set up for the header is logo left/menu below. So when you look at the header, you will see a blank space to the right of the logo and above the menu. I want the widget to put an image in that blank space. I have other themes that automatically include the option to ad an image/ad there because it makes sense to fill the blank space so it looks better. But when I add the codes as per the link above, the widgets are placed below the menu, not to the right of the logo in the empty space. Does my explanation make sense? Is there a way to adjust the code to do this?
Thanks,
BarryThanks – exactly what I needed!
Hi Andy,
Thanks for getting back to me. But I don’t need the Logo centered – it needs to stay left. I need the menu below it to be centered. The “logo left menu below” options aligns the menu left also. I need “logo left menu below (menu centered only)”.
Does that make sense?

The site isn’t live yet so its behind the maintenance wall. I would attach a screenshot so you can see what I am trying to modify, but I don’t see a way to do that here. The area I am trying to change the color on is the narrow background area at the very top of the home page header where optional telephone number can be added on the left side and the social media icons on the right side. I want to know how to change the background color of that area from grey to another color. Also, if the color becomes black for example, I will need to change the color of the social media icons so they can be seen and probably the text for the telephone number also.
Can you advise me how to do this?
Thanks,
Katia -
