Hello – I passed that along to our developers. Their response:
These notes did not address the issue. In digging a little deeper, it would appear that the rollover text is missing altogether. I am providing a screenshot that should help the theme developer. You can see two developer tools consoles. The console on top correlates to a URL where the rollovers work. The text to be displayed is in markup (that is, in the HTML code).
In the bottom console, which is the /portfolio-2018/ link, the rollovers do not work; I believe because the text is not there in markup to begin with. (see link to screenshots in private content)
I cannot figure out why. Both use the portfolio grid. It would appear that when the portfolio shortcode is used in a “portfolio item”, you get the excerpt. Otherwise (like on the portfolio 2018 page), the rollover text appears to be missing.
