cUrl request is allowed on the server. Port 443 is open and port 80. Max_execution is set to 300. No firewall or server configuration are blocking the connection – unless you used port other than 80 or 443.Does that help?

I really look forward to have it fixed from your end, since I need to do the demo import as usual.
I have bought your theme for many websites and always from the same server at One.com – and this is the first time it shows this issue. So it seems very strange.

I’m trying to import a demo layout in the Enfold theme on my website watchboks.com, but I’m receiving the following error:
cURL error 28: Connection timed out
I’ve checked with my hosting provider (Ones.com), and they have confirmed that all necessary plugins are deactivated. They believe the issue might be due to your server blocking their outgoing NAT IP address:
193.202.110.34
Could you please check if this IP is currently blocked, and if so, whitelist it to allow demo content to be downloaded?
