I think as a theme developer you need to take greater responsibility to fix your themes to work with Woo Commerce. I have 90 plus client sites running your theme. The solution you offered with takes us days to fix and implement for our clients.The bugs we are finding in your Enfold theme are numerous. Your column tool does not work for smartphones.
When you add an image to a text blog and then go into the image and add descriptions and tags, save it then these show up with the image size and the descriptions is messed up.
Our list of bugs is HUGE which we have had to find ways to work around these bugs.And now the best fix you can offer for Woo is this mess to go through. Which by the way we tried and it does not work for all or sites running Woo. Having a few thousand products in Woo on different sites. To be honest it would be faster to drop your theme and use one that works then deal with this mess.

The issues began when we started adding google maps with retailer locations.
We would add to the media library a graphic for a retail location the logo.
We then used a draft post to place that graphic, size it and add a link to the retailers website.
Copy the code create the listing address in the map add the code from the post as a tool tip.
Save it.
Then we find it has replaced or added this graphic to other pages of the site.

“Menu Icons” is the plugin, this is a site we just finished for another client using this plugin. Your theme obviously.Simple to use and creates some great additions to the theme.

The vimeo video on your site is from a very old theme install.
You can use a theme icon and not an image, which can work out.

Sorry not acceptable. Once you even touch the code the site is dead. We have already talked with Wordfence.
We have also notified the following hosting Providers. Godaddy, I-fast, Host Gator and 1&1 to the fact your themes are compromised.

We have already checked the sites since our team has been at this for 24 hours fixing this mess. We are dropping your themes and changing all the sites and then posting on Social Media these facts, that this theme has a HUGE security hole.
We do not need you to look at our sites we already know what is going on. Expect legal actions as this is costing our clients thousands. This is a joke.I would like an answer to my questions. These are all business sites and you have an issue. What are you planning to do?
This is a fucking mess. I have never seen such a thing.Okay well I have 35 clients running your themes, all are updated and well managed. And they are all hacked. This code fix you offered does not work. FYI.
You have a issue with your themes that need to be fixed, NOW. Not when you get around to it.
Do you have any idea what this is costing us and our clients. I think a turn to Social Media might get your attention.James
Well that does make me feel like a complete idiot as it was set that way.
Sorry for wasting your time.I have 67 sites we are managing using this theme. The issue is the same with each site. As you suggest on your support to change to Contact 7 From, the problem is resolved.

You know when you answer a question with a stupid reply like this, I loose faith in suggesting to our customer base to even consider using your themes.
You have a bug actually you have many.
This one effects all Enfold and Kriesi users. Suggesting that users use Contact 7 forms is your basic answer.
Now you are obviously not an educated technical individual with a degree.
So please escalate this to a staff person with the required skills.James

Okay we login from different client accounts about issues.
This is a serious bug with your contact form tools.
Every time you update the plugins or WordPress it drops the contact form connections.

Here is what it looks like on the phone. We have had similar issues with Grid Rows and had to replace all on another site.
Thanks I worked on deleting the grid row and used just columns fixed the issue. FYI.
Next question I am working on Silo or theme the site for search appearance. Do you have any suggestions for the Enfold theme for setting this up. We have done it many times with other themes, when we Silo the site Home, contact, blog about. It works sometimes and then goes away. We talked with Google and they suggested contacting the theme developer.

Jobify is a theme mostly based on WP Job Manager plugins. Thus with some work all the features can be integrated into the Enfold theme. This is the site we are working on. http://maappn.com/ which has all the WP Job Manager plugins running.
In the link above for theme forest you will see in the map a search bar. That is what we are attempting to create. We have attempted taking the Search Form from WP Job Manager and adding it did not work.

While we work well with Mike from Job Manager he has little interest in supporting themes other then those he has developed his plugins for.Thank you.

We are changing the site over to have transparent heading with images in the color section on each page.
When we started making changing we ran into issues with the menu text like “home” menu being white text over the images.
The question is how one would add a shadow for each item in the menu. Meaning a drop shadow on the text for each menu item. We also wonder can this be done in the menu section under mega menus.Jim
Yes we would like to do this with the layered slider, what we are looking for is the css to do this.

Okay so the issue I am having is that when I load the theme it does not have : I have deleted the theme and reloaded twice and downloaded a new version form theme forest.
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
