Guess he had a reason to say that – and meanwhile i learned why.

In a fresh installation WP 3.7.1 and a fresh installation of Enfold) without customization its NOT possible to delete or rename portfolio categories.
Do you support this or do your TOS says that you dont support installations which have been set up on mondays and fridays??

Customizations with Enfold are not possible except a bit of CSS fumbling. Giving a buyer options to adapt Enfold to his / her needs was never planned and will not be in future. If you did any attempt to customize we are out of responsabilty. Go and ask someone else for support!”??

Its that want you want so say? I really hope that its just a misunderstanding based on my rudimental english skllls.
A reply instead of close down this thread would be appreciated.

BTW: we thought CPTs is a WP-standard since years – even tthe ability to have multiple of them.
To throw that functionality “over board” for the sake of some “drag & drop” functionality does not look very usefull to us.
But maybe i am wrong.
