I still run 2.9.2, and now the contactfields are gone as well. This happened quite suddenly, any idea what is the problem?
Also on upgrading; the only way is to do this by FTP, not via the update button?

I received update from my client, he said it only happens on Chrome/Win 7 for him.

Disabling the plugins resolved it indeed! It turned out to be a conflict with the Bol.com plugin (= Dutch amazon like site).

I have the same problem, and updated to 4.0 and updated the theme to 2.9.2 via FTP as you mentioned.
I can give some extra hints though, this is the error when I check out my console:
[code]Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘push’ of undefined [in file] avia-tinymce-buttons-4.js:90[/code]It happens when in advanced editor you want to edit a textblock. The textblock stays white/blank and you can’t edit anything.
It seems that a nullpointer like error in that file is preventing the editor from loading properly.
I tried to debug it myself, but it is pretty intricate so I think you guys should take a look there.
