    I did that three times yesterday, even deleted element and re-added the block. Not sure why it didn’t work for me, but it’s working now. Thanks!

    When I went into the theme settings it seems that it wasn’t set as the homepage there…I did it under “customize” and thought that would handle it alone, guess the theme settings were still overriding it. Sorry! My fault! Thanks for the quick response.

    Is this the static homepage feature? I made my first page (a scheduled maintenance page), set it to the theme’s homepage, and all I get is a 404 page not found error. Just purchased the theme yesterday.
