Hi Rikard,
Thank you for your reply.
I can see your test page. We don’t have a problem when creating a new page and adding content. This problem occurs after several weeks when we go back and edit a column. This happened a few months ago with the Artists’ Demo page and we just re-created that page. Now this problem is happening in The Market page. After receiving your reply this morning, I created a new 1/3 column and text block on the The Market page, saved it. And, when I opened this block to edit it, I am unable to see any of the content in this content block to edit again. (See attached Screenshot).
I read that you don’t see the problem. I have refreshed the cache, opened Chrome in Incognito, done the same in FIrefox and my client (who is in a separate location from me) works in Safari and we consistently see this problem in the Market page.
Please help and thank you for your assistance,
Julie
August 13, 2015 at 2:40 pm in reply to: Unable to edit page after creating it; Builder Debug no help #487214Hello Rikard,
I have uploaded a fresh copy of Enfold via FTP as instructed and did a refresh of the cache per the previous support email and still have no content in the Avia Layout Builder edit mode – even though the ‘live’ page does have content. See here: http://carolinadesignercraftsmen.com/the-market/
Please help and thank you so much for any solutions to this very pesky problem.
All the best,
Julie

Thank you for your reply.
Are you sure your reply is intended to address my question?
I did flush browser cache and refreshed the page 3+ times in both Chrome and Firefox but still have no content to edit. Even though there is content on the ‘live’ page as shown here: http://carolinadesignercraftsmen.com/the-market/
See attached screenshot.
Next steps, please?
All the best,
Julie
Hi Josue,
Thank you for your reply!
I added this to the Quick CSS and refreshed the cache and didn’t notice any change.
Thoughts?
All the best,
Julie
September 17, 2014 at 6:36 pm in reply to: Unable to update to latest version of Enfold (have a child theme set up) #320659Hey Devin
When I went into the WP Dashboard and selected Enfold Childtheme > Update to version 2.9. Nothing happened.
But I went back into WP Dashboard just now and took a different route: Update > Themes > ENFOLD THEME. This updated. Then I was able to go to Enfold Child theme and the update worked.
Good to go!
Thanks
Roger that, Devin!
Thanks and all the best
August 11, 2014 at 9:31 pm in reply to: Remove text-transform:uppercase; from H1 in Enfold theme #302876Hi Gunter,
Thank you for your reply.
I have done as you suggested (even have a child theme and pasted this into the stylesheet there) and pasted this html for the h1 into Enfold > Styles > Quick CSS.
This does change the h1 in the website’s pages but it doesn’t change the h1 in the Avia Layout editor. My client wants upper/lower case letters in the h1 for each of his Portfolio items (see right sidebar description here): http://69.195.124.224/~steveoo8/newsite/portfolio-item/washington-duke-inn-golf-club/
Please let me know your recommendation to make this happen and thank you again.
Thanks for the link for developers Josue!
…and all the other advice.
All the best!
Thank you Josue!
I’d be importing 3-4 images each artist (not a thumbnail) and using them in the galleries (portfolio grid) that are so fabulous in the Enfold theme.
So – while I guess contacting the plugin author might work, my sense is that he might refer me back to the Enfold crew because of Enfold’s fabulous but rather complicated option for creating a post with a beautiful, portfolio grid-style gallery.
Thank you for this reply.
My assumption is that the plugin imports content but not images – correct?
So even if I configured the post and followed the instructions on the first plugin you provide, the client would still have to load images for each of the posts. Is that right?
Thank you again and all the best!
