I’m going to try disabling the yahoo JS which seems to be causing an error on PC browser and see if this helps.

Cheers Yigit, I just updated theme to 3.4 – testing again….

OK so still doesn’t appear to be working on either of our android devices. Form Seems to submit OK, the form disappears but no “Sent” message appears. Anything else I can do to assist the troubleshooting?

Just got a test email through. From Testingnow.com

Incidentally all our smart phones are android.

The payment gateway I am using is cash on delivery (which I have renamed to Pay after Repair).

I have set the test product to zero, I see what you mean, this doesn’t need a gateway!

However the same problem occurs on checking out. Internal Server Error

OK turns out the problem is with the preview. After publishing and viewing the published page the issue disappears. Is this a known issue? Is there anyway I can get around this?

Sadly it’s still happening. When it happens I don’t want to publish the results.

This time I was very careful to make small changes at a time. This time the width changed after removing a special heading element from a grid row. Although I did not amend the grid rows.

I’m working on a published example now. Bear with me.

Hi Elliott,

I’m struggling to put my finger on why it’s happening. It is happening when I make various changes to a page. Almost like a div or something is disappearing. I will toil on and report back with a solid example if I can find one.
