It works now. Maybe the theme update solved it.
Thanks,November 8, 2017 at 9:13 pm in reply to: Google Maps Element not showing (despite API, etc being correctly configured) #874315I was able to update the theme, but the maps element is still not working on Chrome. I’m probably not the only user with this issue.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.
THanks,

I thought you were going go into my account to see why there are errors in the theme update so you could then update Enfold and diagnose the issue that is occurring with the Google map element….
Can you please do that?
Thanks,

Not sure what you’re talking about. Are you talking about Google’s limits on calling their API?
(if so, that can’t be the problem, because it works on Safari and on mobile devices, except for Chrome on Desktop)
Thanks,

THanks for getting back to me. I think the permissions are fixed. But I added credentials to the FTP just in case.
Let me know if you’re able to figure out the issue.
Really appreciate the help on this!

Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve made that page public again.
However, when I tried to update enfold, I get: An error occurred while updating Enfold: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.
I’m using a chromebook, so I’m unable to run Filezilla.
Are you able to take a look at those two issues with the login I provided?
Thanks again for your help.
