thank you very much, that works!
But there is another issue: on some browsers (e.g. HTC Smartphone Standard-Android-Browser) there are several items missing:
Menu-Button in the header, Layerslider on top of the page, masonry gallery (two times) not showing any picture, only a gray field! If I use Crome on the same smartphone, everything works fine.The menu button is also missing on an other page http://www.24h-gut-betreut.at, when I use the standard android-browser on my smartphone (HTC). Some weeks ago that worked but since the last update (I don´t know if wordpress-updtae or enfold-update) it does not work any more.

I use 3 Widget Areas: 1. Displayed Everywhere, 2. Sidebar Blog, 3. Sidebar Pages
I know how to customize the different areas, that is not the problem.
I would like to display the widgets stored in “Displayed Everywhere” on top, then the widgets stored in “Sidebar Blog” or “Sidebar Pages” below, depending on the type of pages. The different areas are selected correctly, but the widgets stored in “Displayed Everywhere” are displayed below the other widgets.
What I want to do, is to change the order of the widget areas, first “Displayed Everywhere” on top and then the rest.

the icon is invisible, but on mouseover the cursor changes and I can click the link and it works.
How do I post a screenshot?

thanks for your fast reply, it works fine on my smartphone, but it does not work on my PC, if I make my browserwindows very narrow. (neither IE11, nor Chrome or Firefox)
I just mentioned, that the Facebook icon in den top line and in the footer is not visible with IE11, but is visible with Google Chrome an Firefox.

works fine, perfect, that is what I wanted! thank you very much
but 1 little problem remains:
the first table has only one row. This row is not affected by the code, I put into the codeblock.The column width differs from the other tables and also when the table is displayed on a smartphone, the line does not wrap around like all other Table elemets do.
As a workaround I added a second row, now it works but it does not look so nice. Is there anay solution?
