HI there! I was running the older version and my site was a mess, then updated to 4.3 and it’s still a mess. My apologies in advance, I’m not very skilled in how to fix backend issues. But here are the error messages that appeared in the dashboard. Warning: include(wp-includes/class-wp-term-connect.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/51/9444251/html/wp-config.php on line 92 Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening ‘wp-includes/class-wp-term-connect.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php’) in /home/content/51/9444251/html/wp-config.php on line 92 Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/51/9444251/html/wp-config.php:92) in /home/content/51/9444251/html/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 1116 PLEASE HELP. I’m including all info in Private Content for you to take a look. Not sure if this is a theme issue, WordPress issue or host issue. PLEASE ADVISE at your very earliest convenience. Thank you,
JamesThank you Jordan. Unfortunately I’m not very educated in the backend stuff, so I’m a bit lost. 1) How do I verify that I have enough (64MB+) server memory allocated to Apache/PHP in my server configuration settings – Is that a question for the host company (GoDaddy.com)? 2) How do I <add this to your wp-config.php file: define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64MB’)>? I deleted a ton of images and portfolio pages in case it was a storage problem, but I still get the same message. My test image is only 300×300 px. The article didn’t help me. Sorry. Best,
JamesWill do. The thread will be entitled “Media Upload Issue”.
JamesStill having problems with version 4.2.6 . I cannot upload media. It gives me an HTTP error. Please advise and thank you in advance. Best regards,

I just copied and pasted the new file into the header.php section, updated the file and it worked!!!!!!!!! I can’t believe it! I should have more confidence in my ability :) Again…my apologies for the hysteria. You were EXTREMELY helpful to provide me with the quickest resolution possible and I couldn’t be more thankful. You should be promoted! …or get a raise! Thank you VERY MUCH. Jeremy April 12, 2018 at 3:26 pm in reply to: EMERGENCY…..PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! ENFOLD UPDATE FAILED. BUSINESS WEBSITE DOWN. PLEASE HELP. #941006Thank you for your quick response. Our site is hosted by GoDaddy (which I can’t stand). THEY would have to update the server, yes? Please know that I am not very knowledgeable about backend technical issues and need patience and help to resolve. I haven’t a clue how to do this: replace /wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/r389b5x4ippscyn/header.php?dl=0 to bring up backwards compatibility with older PHP versions. But this seems like the best fix to resolve immediately. PLEASE HELP! Once I get going, I catch on fairly quickly. I apologize, you may have to take me through the process step by step. I’m so sorry. Thank you in advance, Yigit.
