Same issue here. Following.
I’ve tried removing and re-adding them in. Same problem occurs.

Ok, I completely recreated my menu and it seems to be working now. Very odd, but if it goes whacky again, I’ll update!
Also, you mentioned the pages and the NextGen classes. There was no mention of that on the other page. What would the code look like for excluded classes? Any help is appreciated!
That post references also changing some code in the child theme’s functions.php file and it mentions the avia.js file. What should change if it is now referencing the avia-snippet-lightbox.js file?
Something weird had happened and my admin-ajax file’s permissions were 000. I changed them to 644 and things started working. That being said, I do constantly get the error in my log about the enfold/includes/helper-assets.php on line 342 if you want to take a look.
Thanks!
I have this problem a lot. It is intermittent and often resizing my browser window or refreshing the page fixes it. I have tried with and without caching plugins as well as a “fix” by Ismael. It still happens. Should I start a new ticket?
One more thing. Now that the plugin is deactivated, quality is improved. But the 189×189 thumbnail is using images that are 705px on the long edge which relates to about 450px on the short edge. This is over twice the size needed for the thumbnail. I’d imagine this would slow page loading as higher resolution files are being brought it. Thoughts?
Ok, one thing that changed is I had just started using the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin and somehow it was using different images. After disabling, the quality improved drastically. Any suggestions on an image compressing plugin other than EWWW?
I have had masonry galleries bunch up and have overlapping issues, too. Typically it fixes on refresh but not always. Following to see if there is a more permanent solution.

“Lighthouses” is not a child category of “Coastal Landscapes”. It is a child category of “Human Elements”. No products in Human Elements show up for Related Products for “Lighthouses”.
Ismael,
I have a basic link HTML code so the caption has a link to the product page. In the end, I think it will be easier to use the Masonry element that links to a shop category, then the links to the product pages are automatically there.
Andy,
That doesn’t solve the issue.
What I think should happen with “Related Products”:
Related Products should show products in the same category as the individual product on the page. For example, if the single product page is in category “Lighthouses”, then all the related products should automatically be in the same category of “Lighthouses”.
What I get:
No matter what category the single product is in, the related products are always from the category “Coastal Landscapes” which are NOT related to “Lighthouses”, etc.
On this page: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/
Woocommerce says that some templates will show this based on similar categories or tags. How does the Enfold “Related Products” element behave? What parameters is it using to pull related products?
When I add specific products to up-sells or cross-sells, that doesn’t change the related products at all.
It’s back up.
As you can see, the only two images that loaded properly ware ones where I removed the HTML from the caption.
Hi Andy,
Yes, you can deactivate plugins to troubleshoot. Did you see my response above about the HTML in the caption being the cause of the problem? I am hoping there is a workaround.
Hi Rikard,
Thanks for the reply. One thing I found that seemed to cause the problem, is that I had a basic -a href- HTML tag in the caption for each image because I was hoping to link the gallery photos to Woocommerce pages. The Masonry Gallery does not seem to play well with HTML in the title or the caption. Do you know if there is a way to have HTML in the title or caption and have the Masonry Gallery still function?
I did discover that I can move my link from the caption to the “custom link” for each image, but that will take some time and work to transfer those for all of my images as they already have the HTML in the caption (which worked fine on a previous theme I was using).
Or, alternatively, do you know of a way to have product category pages display like a Masonry Gallery?
