    Hi, Rikard,

Thanks for your input. Much appreciated!

I didn’t have any luck after clearing my browser cache but after testing it on 3 different phones and an iPad in two different browsers I finally came to the conclusion that the image file was corrupt. I gave it a new name and uploaded it again et voila! Success!

As for the logo, the CSS you provided worked perfectly.

Thanks so much for your help!

    Best Regards,

    Update:
I have resolved all of the problems I was having. As it turns out, when I called the hosting company earlier to help me investigate, they deactivated all of the plugins without telling me and then forgot to reactivate them, so my CALENDAR page and SHOP page are now back in working order.
I also reinstalled Enfold and the functions.php file in my Child Theme and updated the Woo Events plugin. Something helped because the Single Product checkout is now working.

Thanks to Mensmaximus -So appreciate your generous support.

I had success restoring my images with the solution you posted on April 5th.
Then I discovered a new problem. That is, Single Product pages were no longer functioning properly. If a customer went to the site and clicked on the Add to Cart button, nothing would happen. The product page simply refreshed. The Variable Product pages worked fine.

Today, after much research, I decided to try your newest solution, thinking that it might resolve my problem because both were related to Single Products, but as soon as I added your code to the functions.php file in my child theme, the site crashed. Syntax error. Got that fixed, added the CSS and uploaded the newer Product image files. That restored the site but created new problems: The SHOP page now redirects to the HOME page, and the CALENDAR page (which is built on a plugin called WooEvents that hooks into WooCommerce) now shows only the short code and not the actual events!

I removed all the changes and reverted back to your original solution but the SHOP page and CALENDAR page are still broken.

I’m at a loss and my client is losing business as a result.

    Can somebody please help?

Thanks Mensmaximus and everyone else who contributes on the forum.

    Hi, mensmaximus,

Thanks so much for your generous support. I followed your steps…et voila! Problem solved. So easy. Much appreciated!

    Thanks again.

    Hi, guys,
I’m having the same problem. Just installed the latest updates for both Enfold and WooCommerce and all the product images disappeared!

I tried adding the css mentioned above (both versions) and both were successful in restoring visibility but the images are blurry.

I tried changing the dimensions in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display but that didn’t make any difference.

    Hi, Andy!

Thanks for your input. It’s certainly worth considering and yes, with regards to your advice on the use of security plugins, I agree!

Maybe we’ll eventually find a definitive answer to this mystery. Meanwhile, I guess we’ll just have to wait and see if anyone else reports a similar problem.

    Hi, Elliott!

There is no other user account and nobody had touched the site since I last accessed it two weeks ago, at which time everything was still displaying normally. That’s why it’s a mystery!

    Thanks,

    Hi, Elliott,

    Thanks for your input!

I don’t think it’s relevant in this case, however, because the child theme and the parent theme were both installed at the same time before I even began working on the project. That is to say, any changes that have been made to the Theme Settings have been applied to the Child Theme since Day 1.

Since I installed the theme there have been a couple of theme updates but they have never affected the Theme Settings, nor have WP updates. Things went haywire the other day out of the blue, and it sounds like the same thing happened to the person who originally posted this thread. That’s what’s so baffling about it!

    Hi, Rikard,

    Thanks for your quick response!

The site was built using a child theme but as far as I know, no one has been anywhere near the site recently. I checked with my client about that yesterday and she said she hadn’t logged in for a few weeks.

A couple of weeks ago, I did take a look at the site with Firebug but it was rendering correctly at the time.

    Hi, everyone,

Not sure if I should open a new thread on this or not but I wanted to let you know that I had the exact same experience.

Today I happened to look at a site that I built recently and discovered that all the custom settings had reverted to default. In addition, when I was trying to restore them the theme didn’t want to accept the new hex codes. It wasn’t switching up to the next color, it simply wouldn’t recognize anything other than the default setting. Eventually, after a few attempts, I was able to get the colors reset but it was all very strange.

Thankfully, I have a file with all the custom Theme settings but I appreciate the information about the Import/Export feature and from now on will make a point of exporting the Theme Settings as per Elliott’s instructions.

Still, I’m baffled as to what’s causing the problem in the first place! The glitch makes me a little wary as I just launched another site using the Enfold theme and am about to begin a new project where I’ll be using it again. Obviously, I love the theme and my clients are happy with it too but it concerns me that there might be a bug. It would be great if someone could look into this.

Thanks for creating such a great theme and for the incredible support you provide!
