Dear support team,
in the previous treads I could not found a solution for my problem.
I have integrated a “normal enfold contact form” on my page http://www.malinakorbach.com . I also receive messages and inquiries from customers, but unfortunately the e-mail address of some of my customers is often not displayed and the sender says (Email address hidden if logged out) . If I send myself a message from different accounts, the e-mail address is displayed.
I really don´t know what the problem is and urgently need support, because I cannot contact my customers in this way.
And they did not know about it and think I don´t want to answer them.

What could be the reason? And is there a possibility to “track down” the adress of the senders afterwards?

danke für deine Antwort. Ja daran kann es definitiv liegen. Ich habe bei mehreren Textfeldern “externe” Symbole reinkopiert. Ich habe wie du geschrieben hast, eine neue Seite mit den Shortcodes für euch angelegt. Unter “Seite für Support”. Danke euch fürs rumprobieren und eure Hilfe.

Hey, ich weiß es auch nicht. Habe gehofft, ihr könnt mir sagen woran es liegt. Ich sehe wie gesagt, in den Textblöcken keinerlei Text und kann auf der kompletten Welcome Seite nichts mehr ändern. Auch wenn ich ein vorhandenes anderes Feld Mailchimp o.ä. ändern will, passiert nichts.
Ich habe mich mittlerweile in mehreren Netzwerken befunden und es an zwei verschiedenen Laptops probiert und es ist immer das gleiche. Wenn ihr drauf zugreift ist es anders??? Was kann das für eine Ursache haben?

danke für die Mühe und deinen Tipp. Ich habe alles umgesetzt und die Version upgedatet. Leider funktioniert es immer noch nicht. Ich sehe in den Text Blocks immer noch keinen Text. Ich habe mich nach dem update auch nochmal komplett ausgeloggt und wieder eingeloggt aber leider hat es nichts gebracht.
Hast du oder irgendwer noch eine Idee? Bin ratlos.
ERGÄNZUNG: Ich habe festgestellt, dass er zwar die anderen Elemente öffnet, ich aber nichts speichern kann. Ich kann somit keine Änderungen an der Welcome Seite mehr vornehmen!!

Hey Victoria,

really nice that you send me this document. But my problem is, that I have set all the seetings. But on the page it does not change something. For example I but in the headline font Robot, but on the page nothing happend. The same with all the colours for background, Font etc.

So maybe you can have a look in my dashboard an see what the problem is.
