Please re-install the theme via FTP using a fresh copy of Enfold, i noted that there are some missing parts in the CSS/JS files.

I didn’t touch the theme files, but it seems that error is coming from the WordPress files, not the theme ones.
Try adding this to the wp-config.php file:
