1. Enable this and set custom classes for both elements (slider & image), then use a code like:

.image{ display: none; }
@media only screen and (min-width: 767px) {
.image{ display: block; }
.slider{ display: none; }
}

2. Try adding this code to the Quick CSS:

    margin: 0 auto !important;
}
