Well, that discard Enfold from being the root of the issue, i think it’s more of a permissions server-related issue, try the following:

Hi,

We aren’t able to update any plugin and we dont know what the problem is. Here the message sent back by WordPress: Unpacking the update… Installing the latest version… Removing the old version of the plugin… Could not remove the old plugin. Plugin update failed.

Does this issue persists with the default WordPress theme activated?
