Please set-up a test form with this plugin to discard if the issue is coming from the theme.

Try increasing the PHP memory limit:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHPIf that doesn’t work please provide us an admin account, we’ll look into it.
Best regards,
JosueHi Sandie!
Thanks for your report, i’ll let Kriesi know.
Regards,
JosueHey!
Yes, the best way to prevent this is to use a child theme, you can put those files (header.php, footer.php) in the child theme directory and use Quick CSS or style.css.
Best regards,
JosueHi Louis,
Can you post the link to your portfolio please?

JosueHi!

Try adding this code to the Quick CSS:
.ls-video-layer { left: 0 !important; }Cheers!
JosueHey Etix!

Are you using the latest version of Enfold (3.0.4)?
Best regards,
JosueHey Kevin!
Try the following:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/how-to-trigger-specific-elements/#post-268697Cheers!
JosueHi!
Try with this:
#idname .container { width: 100%; max-width: none; padding: 0; }Regards,
JosueHey!
If you haven’t directly touched the theme files your customization won’t be affected.
Best regards,
JosueHey!
That featured is not available at the moment, if you really need it you would have to contact a developer from Envato Studio or Codeable
Also, feel free to request it here as a new feature.
Best regards,
JosueHey!
Try the following:
1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
2. Go to Settings > Media
3. Change the portfolio image size (increase its width/height).
4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.Cheers!

JosueHey Brendon!
The widest option offered back in 2.9.x was 1310px, try changing the layout setting to that.
Best regards,
JosueHi!
To change a photo you’d need to alter the “ids” parameter in the gallery shortcode (use attachment IDs):
[av_masonry_gallery ids='4304,4301,4300'...]
To change the name/caption go to Media > Library and edit the desired image metadata.

Add this to Quick CSS:
#header_main_alternate .container { height: auto !important; }That should fix it.
Regards,
JosueHi!
3.0.4 fixes an issue with buttons caused by 3.0.3, it is highly recommended to update it, as you already have 3.0.3 you won’t note any difference apart from that.
Cheers!
JosueHey!
Try adding this code to the Quick CSS:
.avia-menu-fx{ display: none !important; }Cheers!
JosueHi Frank!
You don’t need CSS to change that – http://screencast.com/t/zwU4CZmWBJ

I believe Kriesi used a Testominals element there, you can change the appearance of an element via Colors tab – http://screencast.com/t/dAlu0Q6H1g
