That image size is called “portfolio_small”, try changing that with the Simple Image Sizes plugin.

Open /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/postslider.php and look for line 311:
$permalink = '<div class="read-more-link"><a href="'.get_permalink($the_id).'" class="more-link">'.__('Read more','avia_framework').'<span class="more-link-arrow"> →</span></a></div>';Replace it by this:

FTP access works but i’m only seeing an empty folder, you’d need to change that for my account. Also, please upload the Enfold .zip file somewhere in your server.

It’s hard to tell, but i’d recommend disabling WordPress automatic updates:
