If you want your images to be resized to 1500×430 you’d need to use images that are bigger than that, WordPress doesn’t scale up images.

That’s not possible with the Enfold built-in form but you can do that with Gravity Forms (it has built-in compatibility with the theme).

JosueOh i see, that’s seems to be jquery-colorbox plugin. I’d suggest disabling it (Plugins) and enabling the Enfold one again.
