I see, thing is you won’t find a specialised interface like you would on “Opt-in Monster”, however that doesn’t mean you can’t achieve that with Enfold available tools, it will require some custom coding but we can help you with that. Do you already have an opt-in form connected to a newsletter service like MailChimp or similar?

Is there any particular reason for that? if you’re concerned about SEO don’t be as the image is being moved between div elements (not headings or other key SEO elements).

Hm, restore .htaccess and try re-installing WordPress. If that doesn’t work contact please your hosting provider, the root of the issue is that TinyMCE (the WP editor) can’t be accessed (403 Forbidden).
