Erratic issues are hard to debug, i’m not really noting it to be honest if you can point a more precise way of reproducing the issue, that would be helpful.

It was caused by a line in Enfold ALB CSS code, i’ve added a workaround for that in your child theme functions.php:

Do the following:
1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
2. Go to Settings > Media
3. Change the entry_with_sidebar image size (increase its height).
4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.Cheers!
JosueI’m getting this error when trying to connect (FTP):
Server closed connection.
Also tried SFTP but it returned incorrect username / password.
The user name or password was not accepted by the server.
Used credentials posted here.
