JosueHm no, that won’t work, there doesn’t seem to be a way to do that -via child theme- at the moment. Maybe in the future a filter or a plugabble function could be added.

Sorry if i sounded harsh in my last reply, but yes i’m referring to both, i’ll try to explain and provide an alternative that could suit your needs.
The first issue is not exactly a bug but more of a expected behavior, the thing is the lightbox script gets activated on page or ajax load, not on portfolio sort, meaning that it will catch all the images present on the page (on that moment) and build a gallery with them, also when you sort a portfolio the unsorted items don’t get deleted from the DOM, they’re just hidden, so exclude them from the lightbox is harder.
An alternative could be to use AJAX portfolio approach, this would solve the first issue as the navigation does gets built with the current portfolio items being shown.

To replace the popup script, go to Enfold and uncheck “Lightbox Modal Window”, then install the new plugin. Automatic lightbox activation will be handled by the plugin, although it should do it by default on all images.

That’s the intended -default- behavior of Tabs for mobile (without mods), there’s a way to make Tabs work as desktop on all screen sizes but it requires modifying css/shortcodes.css, look for this piece of code and remove it:
